Provides approximately forty-five minutes of continuous one hundred thirty-five degree heat. Uses a unique salt water solution to generate heat. Can be reused approximately 30-40 times by placing the hand warmer in boiling water for six minutes. Individually boxed. Size: 3x4 inches. Not recommended for microwave usage due to variances in microwave wattages.
